該設(shè)備主要用于鐵路客貨車軸承滾子磁粉探傷。其技術(shù)性能符合中華人民共和國(guó)《GBT15822-2005 無(wú)損檢測(cè) 磁粉檢測(cè)》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)執(zhí)行和按照ISO9001體系對(duì)非標(biāo)磁粉探傷機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)程序文件執(zhí)行和《鐵路客車輪軸組裝檢修及管理規(guī)則》(鐵總運(yùn)[2013]191號(hào))中鐵路客車滾動(dòng)軸承零件磁粉探傷工藝要求。該設(shè)備具有穩(wěn)定可靠,操作簡(jiǎn)單,探傷效率高,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低等特點(diǎn)。適用于以濕式磁粉法檢測(cè)由軸承鋼或滲碳鋼材料制成的軸承滾子表面及近表面因原材料、鍛造、鑄造、淬火、加工、疲勞等原因引起的裂紋或各種細(xì)微缺陷。
This equipment is mainly used for magnetic particle inspection of railway passenger and freight car bearing rollers. Its technical performance conforms to the implementation of the "GBT15822-2005 NDT Magnetic Particle Testing" standard of the People's Republic of China, the implementation of the design program documents for non-standard magnetic particle testing machines in accordance with ISO9001 system, and the technical requirements for magnetic particle testing of rolling bearing parts of railway passenger cars in the "Rules for Assembly, Maintenance and Management of Railway Passenger Car Axles" (Tie Zong Yun [2013]191). The equipment has the characteristics of stability, reliability, simple operation, high flaw detection efficiency, low labor intensity, etc. It is suitable for wet magnetic particle method to detect cracks or various minor defects on the surface and near surface of bearing roller made of bearing steel or carburized steel due to raw materials, forging, casting, quenching, processing, fatigue and other reasons.
