設(shè)備為機(jī)電分開式，有電源控制、磁化系統(tǒng)、夾持部分、電動(dòng)移動(dòng)、氣動(dòng)夾緊（或電動(dòng)）、自動(dòng)噴灑，可對鉆桿進(jìn)行復(fù)合磁化，采用先進(jìn)模塊化集成電路，具有深層裂紋的檢測功能，可進(jìn)行電動(dòng)移動(dòng)尾架，氣動(dòng)夾緊、自動(dòng)噴液、磁化、轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)觀察（立式旋轉(zhuǎn)、縱向旋轉(zhuǎn)）、退磁等功能，全程微機(jī)控制。
The equipment is electromechanical, with power supply control, magnetization system, clamping part, electric movement, pneumatic clamping (or electric) and automatic spraying. It can compound magnetization of drill pipe. It adopts advanced modular integrated circuit and has the detection function of deep cracks. It can carry out electric movement of tail frame, pneumatic clamping, automatic liquid spraying, magnetization, rotation observation (vertical rotation, longitudinal rotation), demagnetization and other functions. It is controlled by microcomputer in the whole process.
