熒光磁粉探傷檢測系機電一體式結構。由電源控制系統(tǒng)、送料機構、復合磁化機構、磁懸液噴淋回收系統(tǒng)、轉動觀察系統(tǒng)、熒光燈系統(tǒng)、下料退磁機構等組成。專門以濕式磁粉法探傷檢測接箍類等環(huán)型件的表面、近表面的各種裂紋和細微缺陷。
Fluorescent magnetic particle inspection is an electromechanical integrated structure. It consists of a power supply control system, a feeding mechanism, a composite magnetization mechanism, a magnetic suspension spray recovery system, a rotation observation system, a fluorescent lamp system, a blanking demagnetization mechanism and the like. Wet magnetic particle inspection is specially used to detect various cracks and minor defects on the surface and near the surface of ring-shaped parts such as couplings.
控制電路采用可編程控制器PLC集中控制,具有手動控制和自動控制功能,手動控制時可進行設備的每個功能動作的手動操作控制,自動控制時設備自動執(zhí)行PLC內部自動程序,實現(xiàn)送料→夾緊(穿棒)→噴淋→磁化(兩次)→繼續(xù)送料→轉動機構上升→轉動(觀察)→旋轉90℃→轉動(觀察)→下料退磁等一系列動作的半自動化控制,程序自動循環(huán)執(zhí)行。在程序執(zhí)行過程中如需立即結束,按動設備的復位按鈕開關,程序立即結束,自動回到初始位置。
The control circuit adopts PLC centralized control with manual control and automatic control functions. During manual control, the manual operation control of each functional action of the equipment can be carried out. During automatic control, the equipment automatically executes the PLC internal automatic program to realize the semi-automatic control of a series of actions such as feeding → clamping (threading) → spraying → magnetization (twice) → continuous feeding → lifting of the rotating mechanism → rotation (observation) → rotation at 90℃→ rotation (observation) → blanking demagnetization, and the program is automatically and circularly executed. If the program needs to be finished immediately during execution, press the reset button switch of the equipment, and the program will be finished immediately and automatically return to the initial position.
磁化電流采用可控硅無觸點無極調壓技術,交流磁化均帶斷電相位控制,既適合連續(xù)法又適合剩磁法探傷檢查,復合磁化一次性顯示全方位裂紋缺陷,使用更安全方便。
Magnetization current adopts SCR contactless stepless voltage regulation technology, AC magnetization is controlled with power-off phase, which is suitable for both continuous and remanence flaw detection. Composite magnetization displays omnidirectional crack defects at one time, and is safer and more convenient to use.
